Session Comfort & Accessibility Options

To support sensory needs, mobility considerations, and overall comfort, we offer the following options:

  • Adjustable lighting (including low lighting and closed blinds)
  • Optional low-volume white noise machine or no sound at all
  • Extra pillows and cozy blankets
  • Virtual therapy sessions available
  • A range of seating options, including firm chairs, soft armchairs, and couches
  • Ability to remove furniture to accommodate wheelchairs
  • Complimentary water and snacks
  • Optional essential oil offerings
  • HEPA air purifiers in every room
  • Quiet, alternative waiting areas (separate lobby or outdoor seating)
  • Assistance with building entry available upon request

Parking & Entry

  • Two accessible parking spaces are available near the front entrance
  • The building doors are heavy; staff can assist with entry
  • Door measurements:
    • Both building doors open: 68 inches
    • One door open: 34 inches

Women’s Restroom

  • Door frame: 34 inches (32 inches clearance with door open)
  • Corner entry: 43 inches
  • Counter height: 33 inches
  • Accessible stall entry: 32.5 inches
  • Standard stall entry: 22.5 inches

Additional Considerations

  • Therapy dogs may occasionally be present in the building
  • Afternoon music groups take place weekly and may increase sound levels in the main lobby
