Counseling Services for Children and Adults

VitalCare offers Traditional in-office, Virtual (online), and In-Home (CLLI waiver clients only) therapy sessions to meet our clients scheduling needs. Our office is open Monday through Saturday for your convenience.

VitalCare offers a diverse group of clinicians ready to help you move toward growth, balance, and fulfillment. Therapists tailor their approach to your short and long-term goals. They will help you find your strengths and use them to work with the obstacles, challenges, pain, and fear that may have led you to therapy.

Our clinicians have varied backgrounds, approaches, and skill sets. Just a few of them; play, art or sand tray therapy, families, teens, aging adults, those working through loss or life transitions and skills-based groups. We strive for a great therapeutic match and are happy to refer outside of our group, to ensure our clients get what they need.

Let us know if you have a therapist in mind. If you’re open to seeing another clinician or an intern, it may help you be seen more quickly. Our current availability is the greatest on weekdays, before 3pm.

After 3pm and Saturday needs are greatest and sometimes have a waitlist. We look forward to connecting with you!

Wonderful therapist

I met Lisa on the second day of my terminally ill son’s life who wasn’t supposed to even be alive for her to meet. This was a trauma, slow-burning until acute. As good therapists do, Lisa listens and listens, then listens some more. Then at seminal points, she poses poignantly simple questions that help me grow. Lisa is a wonderful therapist.

Heart for healing

Lisa is a genuinely compassionate person with a heart for healing. Her sharp wit, excellent communication skills, and sense of empathy created an environment where my family and I felt comfortable sharing our struggles. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Lisa, we couldn’t have grown the way we have without her expert and insightful guidance. Lisa goes above and beyond to help you to make you feel safe and heard.

Grateful for support

Lisa is an excellent listener and offers helpful insights and steps for resolution. She is very caring and dedicated to the people in her care. Lisa has helped me navigate through some of the hardest moments of my life. I am so grateful for her support.

Out of the shadows and into the light

Lisa was the person that I could count on to feel safe. She made me feel heard and not alone during a very dark and hard time. Lisa created a space for me where I could feel vulnerable and not be judged and I felt comfortable to share. The first session I had with Lisa, I remember after pouring my heart out and her telling me that it was okay and that I wasn’t alone. I would look forward to see her every month from there on. I would always have this calm wave come over me, like everything was fine. She created a space where I could talk without wanting to stop. She cares deeply about her clients and their success. To describe what Lisa did for my family and I in a simple sentence, I’d say she pulled us out of the shadows and into the light.
