I had a lot of cleaning services to choose from on Groupon and I am so glad I went with VitalCare! Making an appointment was quick and easy and the office manager, was so friendly and helpful. She set up my cleaning in a quick 3-minute call and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. The Housekeeper did the cleaning and also followed up with me to explain the work she had done. She did an absolutely incredible job! The house looks and smells so much better and she even scrubbed the walls twice to undo some of the smoke damage. My therapist was the person that I could count on to feel safe. She made me feel heard and not alone during a very dark and hard time. From the first session with Ana, she has been attentive and gentle with my daughter’s needs. My daughter has severe developmental delay that impacts quite a bit of her functional movements and she is non-verbal. So knowing what she likes and doesn’t like requires a therapist who takes the time to really tune into her body language, facial expressions and sounds. Ana makes slow, almost intuitive adjustments in her music sessions with my daughter to ensure she is benefiting from the therapy. She pushes her to interact and challenges her, but in a way that is encouraging, never belittling. She treats both of us with kindness and respect. I saw my massage therapist at VitalCare for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant. Not only was the facility clean, bright, and welcoming, but she was an absolute joy to be with.
