From the first session with Ana, she has been attentive and gentle with my daughter’s needs. My daughter has severe developmental delay that impacts quite a bit of her functional movements and she is non-verbal. So knowing what she likes and doesn’t like requires a therapist who takes the time to really tune into her body language, facial expressions and sounds. Ana makes slow, almost intuitive adjustments in her music sessions with my daughter to ensure she is benefiting from the therapy. She pushes her to interact and challenges her, but in a way that is encouraging, never belittling. She treats both of us with kindness and respect. Thank you Ana for those musical break through moments – they are a gift.

I saw Meagan at VitalCare for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant. Not only was the facility clean, bright, and welcoming, but Meagan was an absolute joy to be with. She made the whole process extremely comfortable, listened to my requests and needs, and did a wonderful job with my massage. She is thoughtful, thorough, and very skilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and I definitely intend to return regularly.

Lisa was the person that I could count on to feel safe. She made me feel heard and not alone during a very dark and hard time. Lisa created a space for me where I could feel vulnerable and not be judged and I felt comfortable to share. The first session I had with Lisa, I remember after pouring my heart out and her telling me that it was okay and that I wasn’t alone. I would look forward to see her every month from there on. I would always have this calm wave come over me, like everything was fine. She created a space where I could talk without wanting to stop. She cares deeply about her clients and their success. To describe what Lisa did for my family and I in a simple sentence, I’d say she pulled us out of the shadows and into the light. 

I met Lisa on the second day of my terminally ill son’s life who wasn’t supposed to even be alive for her to meet. This was a trauma, slow-burning until acute. As good therapists do, Lisa listens and listens, then listens some more. Then at seminal points, she poses poignantly simple questions that help me grow. Lisa is a wonderful therapist.

She set up my cleaning in a quick 3-minute call and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. The Housekeeper did the cleaning and also followed up with me to explain the work she had done. She did an absolutely incredible job! The house looks and smells so much better and she even scrubbed the walls twice to undo some of the smoke damage. AMAZING! VitalCare is now my go to cleaning company! They were professional and courteous on the phone. The housekeeper they sent was wonderful! When making the reservation, I was asked what rooms I wanted to focus on, mine was the master bath. It was literally a “WOW” moment when I went to look at it after she finished.
